We did have a really hard time with the keys and the gate every time we used them; in fact, I never could make it work, but my husband was able to finagle it each time after several long minutes. The space was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the balcony space, watching the ships come in and the people walking on the strand. The loft’s location is excellent and is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a great few days and would stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I think they could improve is the internet. I know it is not their fault because they tried to make it better but the internet was super slow.
