Relax on spacious front deck, or sip morning coffee on the private upstairs balcony. Watch TV in the open air of a downstairs sitting area. Let the family dog run in a fenced backyard. There’s even an outdoor shower! Walk to the nearby community pool and enjoy a refreshing dip. (A pool pass is required for renters. Details below) LIVING AREA The living area features beachy decor and comfortable seating for six on a queen-size sleeper sofa and three chairs. Enjoy your favorite shows on a 48” flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including an electric range, a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and a dishwasher. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather at a dining table for eight. BED & BATH This two-level home sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk, 32” flat-screen TV, private balcony with seating for two. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while a third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Beneath the front deck is an outdoor picnic area with a table. This area also includes an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing after a fun-filled day at the beach -- or for cleaning up the family pet. A spacious front deck features seating for four, and there is a private balcony off the master bedroom. Enjoy the community fishing pier, exclusive for residents and renters. \*\*In addition, the sparkling community pool is just a short walk away. \*\*COMMUNITY POOL REQUIRES POOL PASS FOR RENTERS. Let we start off by saying that the communication with the owner was above expectations! She was so nice and always responded right away! The beach house was perfect for my family and INCREDIBLY KID/INFANT friendly. There was a crib and a high chair which was so nice to have. There was also a gate at the top of the stairs so we could be on the porch and not worry about the kids going/falling down.
