Surrounded by a spacious wood deck and painted a bright, beachy teal, this comfy bungalow will be your family’s happy place on the Texas coast. With sleeping space for up to eleven people, a covered barbeque area with a charcoal grill, and the Jamaica Beach access point right across the street— you’ll be able to hear the crashing waves and feel the offshore breeze from the cozy patio. Your whole group will feel right at home at this classic Texas oceanside retreat.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.

Beach Access: You’re one house down— about a 30-second walk— from the community beach access point.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

The living and dining areas are designed to take full advantage of the bright, beachfront sunshine. Light blue walls, crisp white trim, large windows, and bleached wood flooring combine to create a light and breezy living space. Two sofas face a large flatscreen television mounted over a reclaimed wood console table. Plush throw pillows and thoughtful accent pieces make the ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach with your favorite tv show and a glass of wine.

The open, spotless kitchen has white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for three people. Gleaming white subway tile is laid in a herringbone pattern on the backsplash. The designated chef in your group will love the streamlined layout— ideal for making quick snacks in between trips to the beach or pool or preparing an elaborate dinner for the whole crew.

Through the French doors lies the wrap-around, sun-drenched deck space. You’ll find this is where your group spends the most time. Take your morning cup of coffee out here and watch the sunrise send sparkles over the ocean. In the afternoons, you’ll want to kick back with a cool cocktail and a good book. In the evenings, gather your family together for a barbeque in the twilight, set to the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore.

Three Private Bedrooms and a Full Bath:

Off the living area, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and charming sea-motif bedding. Down a short hallway, there’s a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk with a twin-size trundle. A pristine full bathroom has a floating marble vanity and a walk-in shower. This bathroom can be reached from the master bedroom or from the hallway.

You'll have access to the entire home and the half-acre yard. There’s also parking for up to four cars in the driveway.

Located in the quiet community of Jamaica Beach, this home is steps away from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. The access point for the beach is right across the street, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting the sunscreen. You’re also close to some local shops, too. When you’re ready to go exploring, the Galveston Strand and exciting Pleasure Pier are a short drive away.

Jamaica Beach is the most popular family neighborhood in Galveston. There are restaurants in the area, as well as a community park that has a pool (Open during summer), playground, and more! You'll fall in love with the beach views and friendly community. Most people use golf carts to drive around the neighborhood. You can stop by the local food trucks, shops, Seven Seas grocery store and more.

Fits 6 cars in the driveway.
You won't need anything more than your two feet to get to the beach, but we recommend renting a golf cart from K6 Island Sports to get around the community. Uber is now available in Galveston as well.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
