It is SO close to the beach and our teens loved it too. Also a short walk from a convenience store and the downtown area. I highly recommend Galveston Bagel Company. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Staying here for just shy of a week has my teenagers asking if we can move from the midwest to Galveston :) ##### Erika M. Property was good, well equipped for anyone needing a good place for a weekend getaway. The only complaint is that although pet friendly it is not ideal for dogs. There is a fenced in area but it’s just a patio, no grass. Secondly, it is a shared unit so anyone upstairs can use the shared patio and do reside above you. If you have a guard dog or a dog that is sensitive outside noise, stair climbing or someone above you then I’d say be prepared. Now if this is a family of four with little ones(bunk beds in 2nd room) this is your spot. This place is in a decent area and within walking distance of the beach and a few food spots. ##### Bradley R.
