Located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a residential building in the city center, just 500 meters from the main street, Corso Roma , where you can find all kinds of venues: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and various types of shops. Just 5 minutes away are the most renowned beaches of Baia Verde, home to the heart of the Salento nightlife. The apartment is very bright, surrounded by a balcony and a sea-view terrace. It consists of an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking area. The sleeping area includes one air-conditioned double/twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower box (no bidet). In the living room, there is a sofa bed (1.5 places).
