This is the cleanest villa I have stayed in over the years at Eagle Ridge. It is also very well thought out and cozy. Communicating with our host was great; he responded very quickly. Check in was easy. There is plenty of seating in the living room, and lots of extra blankets in the closet. There are so many games to play, and puzzles too. Lots of guides for trails, bird books and things to do in the area. The wildlife is beautiful; we saw deer from our living room. The kitchen is equipped with not only a traditional coffee maker but also a keurig along with a variety of k cups. Appliances all seem to be updated/new. Everything neat and clean. The place really sparkled for us. We enjoyed the light cooking we did and times together on the patio deck. All in all, a delightful stay. The location is quite nice. The property has a lot to offer and we were able to relax rather easily here. The property is well stocked with supplies so we brought some groceries and everything else was provided; which was very convenient. Check-in and out went smoothly. Check-out instructions were few & easy to follow. Definitely appreciate the host's thorough and prompt communication throughout our stay. If we had any issues, I'm sure they would've assisted us but we had none whatsoever. And that's largely due to how well it is maintained and professionally run. Also appreciate them leaving the owner's club passes and all the helpful recommendations for the area.The electronics/appliances look new and function well. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and the pillows there are on the firmer side. So I recommend fluffing them up or bringing your own if you like a softer pillow. The Smart TV's have the usual Smart TV channels so you'll want to bring your streaming login info if you want to do a lot of TV viewing. Everything is just as described on the listing. Everything was very clean and the owners were very flexible and easy to work with. The location is nice and we really enjoyed access to all that the Galena territory has to offer. we used the marina the golf course and the owners complex pools. Very kind, thoughtful and helpful owner made this a lovely stay. He was able to accommodate a last minute request for a late checkout and was very prompt in his reply.
