The windows had no curtains, only blinds, so the street lights kept it too bright at night. Also the road noise was awful! The communication was awful. They sent 4 messages, only the first message had the correct room number and only the last message had the correct code to get in to the room. After sending out a message asking for help because I couldn’t get into the wrong room with the wrong code (which someone ended up being in by the way and was not happy I was trying to get in there apt) was I able to figure it out and go to the first messages room number with the last messages code. I never received a reply message from the host. There was also no detailed departure instructions. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient.
