### NEW! The Blue Porch \~ Walk to Square \~ Spring Savings \~ Sleeps 4

Enjoy easy access to the best amenities from this centrally located 1920's fully renovated bungalow. Conveniently located right off the Gainesville square which is a convenient trolley ride or short walking distance away. Take a 20 minute drive north to the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Get to North East Georgia Medical Center within minutes.   
  
High speed fiber optic internet access for working remotely and a designated work space. You will feel right at home in this light filled space.  
  
My home is a blue historic bungalow that has been extensively remodeled and upgraded with luxe finishes and all new furniture. The 2 bathrooms have newly tiled showers .   
  
The master bath includes a freestanding soaking tub and a beautiful frameless glass shower enclosure. There are original hardwood floors throughout the house with marble tile in baths. It has a large covered front and back porch with comfortable seating for enjoying the vibrant city neighborhood. There is a new king heavenly mattress in the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet and en-suite bath attached . The guest room down the hall also has a new heavenly queen bed with a full bath situated directly beside it and down the hall from master suite creating a nice separation and privacy for both bedrooms and baths .   
  
The living room is furnished with new mid century sofa and swivel chairs and a new 55" smart tv. The spacious dining room features a large wall of windows with a round walnut table for 8 for entertaining guests. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and well equipped to cook or entertain .   
  
The sunroom which can be used as a designated work space can be closed off from the kitchen and the rest of the house by a glass paneled door . It is also a great place to have breakfast at the small dining table or just enjoy the sunshine and catch up on some writing or work at the desk/office space. There is a new high capacity washer & dryer enclosed in a storage closet in the sunroom. We have a privacy fence which encloses the entire backyard for maximum privacy and a spacious covered front porch and back porch for enjoying the great outdoors!!
