All of our properties are in the same neighborhood, offering the same great proximity to UF & hospitals. The neighborhood is peaceful and the people friendly. This is a great spot to rest after a long day. Enjoy our peaceful and centrally-located place while you are here in Gainesville. The units share a wall but are separate in all other ways. Each unit has its own entrance, driveway, yard and laundry room. Unless coming or going at the same time, you’ll never see each other. You have access to your entire unit minus a small owners closet. Your stay is paramount! Text or message your questions and/or concerns. I’m not far away. Wonderful neighbors. Peaceful street. Pet friendly. Share rides such as Uber and Lyft are available and the bus has a stop within walking distance of the house. Many of our neighbors commute on bicycles. We understand that many medical related visits require multiple trips. We are happy to assist you with future visits and will consider these costs when negotiating your return visit.
