Very clean, well furnished and not overly decorated. Would be an amazing spot for a football weekend with friends & family. A little further from campus than we thought and the neighborhood is ‘transitional’ and the house is right on a main road (front bedroom is loud). We had 12 guests staying in the house and we had plenty of space. The house was clean, nicely renovated, and there was plenty of parking in the back. The hosts were very responsive with check in/ out procedures, additional information, and with correcting small issues we had during the stay.
