We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the home so that this place can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay! We also love to travel so we have tried to make the home a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered. The TVs are Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. We provide items like a pack-n-play along with eating ware for the littles. We have little ones of our own and know how important those details are. There is plenty of parking for several vehicles as well as boats and trailers. EV Charger is eMotorWerks Juicebox 40 with the following specs: Output - 10 kw; Current - 40A; Voltage 120-240v Note\* The grill is a propane grill, we typically provide one but if it runs out during your stay, kindly let us know so we can send some. :) The whole home and outdoor space is yours :) the long driveway has plenty of parking. No parking on the grass or street. It is very important that all guests are respectful to our next door neighbors. The county strictly enforces complaints from neighbors and fines will be passed on to guests. Please respect quiet hours, do not play loud music outside, and be mindful of behavior that would negatively impact the neighbors :) Just a quick reminder that quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Please keep noise levels low, especially outdoors, to avoid disturbances and potential county penalties. Heads Up: Please note that the no-wake zone is extended to 200 feet from all structures (like docks and other watercraft). Thanks for helping keep the lake safe and enjoyable for everyone!
