Guests have their own screened in porch, kitchenette, king bed, 2 twin beds (trundle bed). Conveniently located in downtown Gainesville, FL. Walk to restaurants, bars, parks, and more. The guest studio has spa tub as well as a separate shower. Guests can use the grounds as well as have access to the washer and dryer in the building. The studio has a romantic whirlpool tub, a desk for working, a sitting area, a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower, a screened-in private porch and a comfortable king bed. The studio is located in downtown Gainesville- just 5 blocks from restaurants, bars, the Hippodrome theater and more Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%.
