Walk to downtown, just 2 miles from UF campus and Shands, convenient to restaurants and park- perfect location! This comfortable 2 bedroom home has a washer and dryer, comfortable living area and spacious dining area. This is a duplex that has a fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker, a smart TV for you a use with your favorite apps. It has two queen beds and a queen air mattress upon request to sleep 6. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. 1\. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home 2\. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund) 3\.
