Located next to the Camellia Rose Inn in the quiet Bed and Breakfast District of Gainesville. The apartment is close to UF, Shands Hospital, Depot Park, The Duckpond neighborhood, the downtown restaurants and bars, and 2 miles to the Swamp stadium. The apartment has a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. The house has a great history - it was moved about a mile from its original location and completely restored in 2007. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, and they also have access to the shared front porch. I am available for suggesting local restaurants and activities. I also have full-time staff that are just a phone call or e-mail away. Located in the beautiful Bed and Breakfast District near lots of other beautiful Victorian homes Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
