Wifi was there, however you had to have streaming services on your own to sign in to. We were asked to remove our shoes upon entering, however the "mud" room was in another room. There was no where to hang coats other then the bedrooms. The steps were made of the same material that fire escapes are made with rubber coverings on most of the steps.
