Séjour exceptionnel, dans un environnement paradisiaque. Nous avions un bungalow sur pilotis pendant une semaine, une magnifique expérience!

Rapport qualité prix décevant
Expérience en demi-teinte. Le Sheraton n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes. Un beau resort certes mais rien d'exceptionnel, et qui du coup est vraiment très cher versus l'environnement. Quand on voit que l'hôtel a mis 48h pour récupérer le plateau du room service déposé devant la porte, ça fait peur pour un hôtel qui annonce... 5 étoiles. Le souci majeur est le personnel peu impliqué voire mal aimable. Mais également la restauration qui est médiocre et à des prix franchement ahurissants. Seuls points positifs : le personnel du Spa (excellent) et les équipes très enthousiastes du Water Sports Center. Mais pour le même prix, vous pouvez avoir BEAUCOUP mieux dans les îles environnantes. Regardez...

We stayed at the resort for our honeymoon, the resort is well maintained and is a 15 min speedboat ride from the airport. The overwater bungalow was spacious and our room was regularly cleaned. Staff are all professional and accommodating. Convenient dining options, room service facilities and onsite water activities.

All went smooth and as planned, staff are really good and friendly and we’re taking good care of us, just the checkout procedures weren’t that good as the planning was weak in this part, however it was rectified but not in spot. Thank you for a nice stay we spent 😊

The food was very good with an equally good diversity of styles. The staff were ultra friendly and polite. The service was a bit laid back but after two days relaxing there we didn't notice it. The only disappointment (not the Resorts fault) was the very poor quality of the coral, even on the safari we went on. Resulting in below average snorkeling.

Great place to travel with kids. I wish I would have snorkeled. Could not find a proper time to go snorkeling because they only have certain times, and I was not aware you could private snorkeling so missed out on this opportunity. They also cancelled my tour of the dolphins without informing me and I was leaving the next day so was left without doing many water activities. The places is great and a wonderful place for kids but they need to do better with the organization of events. It also rained for the Christmas dinner and there was no plan b. They took us to the breakfast area and the live band left. We paid $255 per person. The next day there was a barbecue on another island and there were not enough umbrellas. Everyone was cooked.

Very nice place to relax. Near the airport. The best decision is to take villa on the first line of the ocean. Villa has pool and two bicycles included. Alcohol is 89 US dollars per bottle of vine, but we have to understand it - Maldives are Muslim country. And our manager Ayana was very helpful and solves all the questions, we had. Our room was nice, we had the overwater bungalow. It would have been nice if umbrellas were provided for the decks as the decks got quite hot during the day. All-inclusive did not mean all inclusive. We were prevented from having certain drinks that should have been included in our package. My mother is diabetic and was denied snacks between meals, we were told we would have to pay extra. They tried to kick us out of our room before check out time because of the “boat schedule.” With all the money this resort makes, they should be able to afford their own tender boats to transfer guests. Bicycles are only available to some guests.

Horrible scam management. Paid $1,200 a night (all inclusive). Booked first night and then decided I could not get a direct flight so booked second night ( two different reservations but booked exact same room.) Hotel forced that I check out of my room at noon and then recheck into my room at 3 pm leaving me to sit around for 3 hours. Mind you this is $1200 a night ALL INCLUSIVE! The scam goes on. Went to have an “ inclusive drink” pre-dinner ( at 6:30 pm) I was told that I could only get an inclusive drink at dinner. $380/night for ALL INCLUSIVE does not include a drink pre-dinner. Scam operation. Abusive management. STAY FAR AWAY.

Nice property, close to Male so not a long stretch from the airport. Family friendly property. Good food and service options. One thing that stood out was the dramatic change in service as soon as weekend hit. The service levels dropped from being asked to requesting someone for things. It was very odd.
