The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2015 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet, sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Guest garden.

Funtana. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
