Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring electric induction cooker, microwave, undercounter fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, handheld liquidizer. The Farmer’s Market and cable car are 550m away. The nearest Supermarket and shopping centre is only 750m away. The Barreirinha Lido, only 130m away, provides access to the sea, with a low entrance fee and rental prices for sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Within 250m you will find the Old Town Dom Carlos gardens and the start of the sea-front promenade. Funchal Marina is only 1.3 km away. Cleaning The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen. Booking Notes The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 adults. Please note that the sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than two guests. If your booking is for two people and you wish to use the sofa bed, note that this request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and an additional fee may apply. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The entrance code will be sent 2 days before your arrival. This property is a self check-in unit and check-in time is 16:00 or after. A code will be provided for access to the property.
