This exquisite villa offers breath-taking panoramic views of Funchal and the ocean. It is equipped with premium amenities including air conditioning, a private pool, and is nestled within the luxurious Palheiro Nature Estate. The estate boasts world-class features such as the renowned Palheiro Golf, Palheiro Spa, and the five-star Casa Velha do Palheiro, a distinguished member of Relais et Chateaux. Additionally, the villa itself features the Forum, a large central swimming pool.  
  
  
  
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by an open plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to this area is a sunken lounge that leads to a side terrace, complete with outdoor dining facilities and a barbecue. From here, you can relish in the splendid views of the town and sea, making it an ideal spot for breakfast or witnessing mesmerizing sunsets.  
  
  
  
Two of the bedrooms, each with its own private balcony overlooking the sea, are located on this level and share a well-appointed family bathroom. The Master Suite is situated on the lower floor and opens up to the front terrace. On this level, you will find the heated (optional) swimming pool, which offers delightful sea views. The pool area is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and a sun umbrella. Additionally, there is a service area with an additional fridge, perfect for keeping your refreshing poolside beverages chilled.
