Overlooking the Municipal Gardens, the property is within walking distance of the city’s most iconic attractions — including the Baltazar Dias Theatre, Funchal Marina, the Madeira Wine Cellars, São Lourenço Palace, the Cathedral (Sé do Funchal), and the colourful Mercado dos Lavradores. Boasting three floors, this uniquely positioned villa was entirely rebuilt in 2019, preserving the charm of traditional Madeiran architecture while offering modern comforts throughout. With a total area of 180 m², the house offers two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, a bright terrace with garden views, and a private balcony. The layout is as follows: \- Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living and dining area, and direct access to a spacious terrace with panoramic views over the Municipal Gardens. \- First Floor: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an adjacent office space. \- Second Floor: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a charming private balcony. The property is located next to the stunning Municipal Gardens of Funchal, one of the city’s most beautiful and peaceful green retreats. This lush garden is home to exotic plants, vibrant flowers, and towering trees, creating a serene oasis amidst the urban buzz. Picturesque walking paths, fountains, and shaded benches make it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature right outside your door. Just a two-minute walk away, you’ll find Plaza Madeira, a modern shopping centre offering a wide selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, and essential services, including a major supermarket and a pharmacy. The Auto Silo João Jardim — a secure, centrally located private parking facility — is also just around the corner.
