Il a l'avantage d'être situé à proximité immédiate du centre ville de Funchal, du parc Sainte Catherine et de la Marina, ce qui permet de se déplacer à pied. Il y a des restaurants très diversifiés à proximité et une supérette avec de larges horaires en bas de l'immeuble. Dans la configuration proposée à la location, il y avait 4 chambres spacieuses, une cuisine (6 personnes maxi, cela convient pour le petit déjeuner) mais pas de séjour/salle à manger comme il est habituel de voir en France, ce qui peut être limitant pour les personnes qui veulent faire tous leurs repas sur place. Une notice d'accueil serait bienvenue avec les différentes informations utiles liées au séjour (où trouver le code d'accès WIFI, où est localisation du local à poubelle, quelles sont les lignes de bus urbain à proximité...). It is nicely decorated, large and airy with balconies looking over the city and sea. The bedrooms were comfortable with two good fans if it got warm. Bathrooms were clean and towels were provided. The kitchen was large and had all the appliances and dishes we needed for our two week stay. Sarah informed us the kitchen would be upgraded this winter which will be a nice improvement. The location worked very well for us. Buses run to downtown and out to the natural pools up on the main road. It was also very easy to walk to downtown, about 10 to 15 minutes. The little supermarket at the top of the road was very handy. The neighbourhood was lively and had lots to offer. The internet was strong and reliable. Our communication with Sarah was very good and we were grateful that she was able to quickly sort out a little problem we had at the beginning of our stay. This Condo was a very nice place. The kitchen was in needing work (cabinets hinges were bad and the dryer door needs fixed). But that did not stop us from having a wonderful time. Sarah was alway there to answer all my questions and she helped with getting us a taxi to and from the Airport. We would definitely stay here again!! Felix Family ##### Jennifer F.
