    Il dispose de deux grandes chambres avec vue sur la mer, 2 salles de bains, grand salon avec vue sur mer et terrasse plein sud recevoir immense soleil toute la journée et peut profiter de la douceur du climat de Funchal tout en regardant la mer. Grande cuisine où ils peuvent manger six personnes et salle à manger. Desservi par un ascenseur du parking de lieu privé. Meublé avec beaucoup de raffinement et de confort des touches élégantes, tout en maintenant le confort et offrant tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un court séjour ou plusieurs mois.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de Frederica. À notre arrivée, il y avait du fromage, du jambon, du pain, du vin et des fruits; une belle attention. L’appartement est bien situé et très grand; il est propre et bien équipé de produits nécessaires au quotidien pour notre séjour. La vue sur la mer de notre balcon est tout à fait exceptionnelle. Grand appartement avec vue sur mer

Grand appartement avec toutes les commodités. Il y a ci et là quelques petits trucs à réparé mais dans l‘ensemble c‘est top. L’isolation sonore est quasi inexistante, mais l’immeuble est aussi des années 80 environ. Il y a une route très fréquenté dans la journée. Lieu de baignade à proximité et des magasins d’alimentation partout. Funchal centre est à 10 min de bus, juste dans la rue.

Seaview is a beautiful well maintained apartment that is located in a central location if you are visiting Madeira I highly recommend. Frederica was an excellent host and welcomed us with all essential information and welcome gifts. The recommendations on restaurants nearby were great! Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. It was beautiful and clean and had amazing views of the sea. It was so close to all amenities and a short bus ride or a 30 min walk into Funchal. We had a brilliant stay here and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Host is incredible and a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication and directions. Took her time to show us around the beautiful apartment and show us things on the map. Kitchen was generously stocked with fresh fruit, nuts, crackers, cookies, bread, butter, meat and cheese along with beer and wine. Every aspect of the home is wonderful! Location, living space, views all exceeded our high expectations!

The apartment is in the Lido area so there is plenty to do in the immediate area. Three times we walked into downtown Funchal and it only took 25 minutes or so. The apartment itself is great. Great views and very large. The host was generous enough to set us up with some staples when we checked in: ie bread, butter, coffee, tea, juice, and eve met and cheese. She really went above and beyond and we really appreciated it.We tried many of the restaurants in the immediate neighborhood and they were all great. My favorite was Come Together. The octopus was the best meal of my entire trip and we had some great meals.Overall we loved our stay at this property and if we return to Madeira in the future I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It was a wonderful experience.

The whole experience was amazing. Frederica arranged transport for us from the airport and met us at the apartment. She had provided a thorough welcome pack and showed us around. The apartment is huge and has everything you could possibly want. It’s beautiful and very well looked after. Frederica is lovely and extremely helpful. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea. Supermarket and nice restaurants close by as well as a bus stop for bus into Funchal. I highly recommend staying there.

Frederica was a fantastic host and was exceptional helpful from the moment of booking to check out, she answered all our questions and arranged our transfer from and to the airport which meant a smooth start and finish to our time in Madeira, thank you for the 5 service. The apartment is very clean and exceptionally spacious with a fantastic collection of new and antique furniture, beautiful artwork and objet d’art which makes it feel special. Frederica has provided every thing you will need to make it feel like a real home from home, from toiletries and plasters to a wonder collection of novels for you to read and relax. The apartment is well located for restaurants/cafe and a short walk to the choice of two supermarkets and the biggest bonus is a bus stop just outside of the apartment.A special mention to Mr Roberto, the driver Frederica arranged to meet us at the airport, what a gentleman and a source of information on where to visit and interesting facts on Madeira. This was our first visit to Madeira but it won’t be our last, what a beautiful island, I now understand why it is described as “The Hawaii of Europe” just stunning.
