Located just over 5 minutes from the historic centre of Funchal, this magnificent T3 combines comfort, practicality and authenticity, offering families or groups of friends the unique experience of feeling like true locals on the island of Madeira.   
  
Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a generous outdoor leisure area, perfect for relaxing, having breakfast or simply enjoying outdoor moments.   
  
The interior was carefully prepared to welcome guests with all comfort: two bedrooms with double beds, one room with a single bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a practical and fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living area that integrates the dining area and living room in a harmonious and bright environment.   
  
The spacious indoor and outdoor areas are ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the island, whether wandering through the city's corners, the natural landscapes of the mountains, or the beaches and natural pools of the coast.
