Welcome to my apartment!  
  
This delightful 53 m² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Designed in a modern and charming style, this apartment offers a bright and peaceful atmosphere, thanks to its large windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.  
  
The living area features a cosy sitting space with a double sofa bed, a TV for laid-back evenings, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen creates a welcoming setting for cooking and socialising, complete with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. A small sunroom with a washing machine adds extra convenience during your stay.  
  
The bedroom is tastefully decorated and designed for comfort, featuring a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space — ensuring guests feel right at home throughout their stay.  
  
A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.   
  
Guests can also take advantage of the beautiful shared swimming pool outside — a perfect spot to unwind, , soak up the sun, and enjoy a refreshing swim during their stay and the shared garden for the building.  
  
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 7th floor and the building has elevator.

Located in the São Martinho area of Funchal, this neighbourhood is known for its coastal charm, stunning ocean views, and relaxed atmosphere. It’s one of the most sought-after areas of the city, offering a perfect mix of tranquillity and convenience. Nearby, visitors can find a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping centres, as well as beautiful seaside promenades ideal for walks at sunset. The area is well connected to the city centre, making it easy to explore all that Funchal has to offer.  
  
Guests staying here can enjoy the best of Madeira’s lifestyle — from swimming in natural pools and enjoying the local cuisine to discovering nearby viewpoints and gardens. With its mild climate, ocean breeze, and welcoming atmosphere, this location is ideal for a comfortable and memorable stay on the island.  
  
Privileged location in one of the most pleasant areas of Funchal. Just 2 minutes from Fórum Madeira and a 5-minute walk from Doca do Cavacas and Praia Formosa.  
  
Located in the iconic Monumental Palace building, which features shopping galleries, a pharmacy, supermarket, pastry shop, and bakery.  
  
Easy access to the sea, local shops, and Funchal’s main attractions. A peaceful and welcoming environment, ideal for leisure or business stays.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.  
  
The nearest bus station, Rua Vale Ajuda S2A (805E), is just a 2-minute walk.  
  
Madeira Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.  
  
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
