Funchal Holidays, near the beach - Lido View Calla

Lido View Calla is a 1 bedroom flat, with maximum capacity for 4 people, located in one of the most touristic hubs of Funchal, a few minutes walk from the beaches of the entire coastal area of the city.
The property has a decoration inspired by surf, beach and sea. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning system, two beds and a support space to work, revealing a peaceful environment, through the soft and harmonious tones. The living room is spacious and defines two distinct spaces, one destined for meals and the other for a sitting area, with two sofas that make a bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and is common to all areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a small dining area.

Private parking is available.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the apartment.

AREA
The property is located in the one of the most tourist areas of the city. It is a few minutes walk from gardens, beaches and several services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, hairdressers, CTT and shopping centres. For beach lovers, there are different free and paid options very close to the property.
If you choose to explore the city centre, there is plenty of information about activities and tourist attractions to visit, both in Funchal and in the various places of Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
