Incredible estate home. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, two dining rooms, and two family rooms.

Three master Cal-King bedrooms, two of which have en-suites. Two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds with a shared hallway bathroom. The bathrooms are custom designed with marble countertops, raised paneled cabinetry, and travertine/marble tile inlays in the showers. All bedrooms have upgraded carpet and travertine and hardwoods throughout common areas.

Large, open-concept kitchen with dining and family room. A spacious kitchen provides plenty of space for prepping and cooking on granite countertops. Upgraded custom cabinetry with travertine tile backsplash and flooring. Stainless steel appliances (stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This house SLEEPS 16 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras; there are NO inside cameras.

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. * There is an ADU on the property that is occasionally used by our maintenance manager while in town. It does not have access to the home or rear yard. Your reservation does NOT included use of ADU (accessory dwelling unit).
