It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station but only 6 minutes to the bus. It was a great place away from the main city to explore and enjoy fukuoka. Walking distance to Ohori park, paypay stadium, and teamlab forest with more than a few covenience stores and small grocery stores nearby. The apartment was on the 3rd floor in a quiet neighborhood. It was adjacent to a school and that could create some noise but it was infrequent and only during the day. The apartment had lots of features that seemed new and the bed was comfortable with extra pillows and sheets if needed. The couch was also comfortable and the unit cpuld have easily slept a small group. Its a bit close to What airbib is, but the whole apartment is dedicated to it. No fancy service desk and amenities. But it does come with all the necessities like, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine (with detergents) and ofcourse shampoo as well. There were people who came before us on a phone with the property managing company since they were have the same issue as us. It took a long time to check in and we had to run to the event we wanted to attend. The apartment was filthy, covered in hairs, dust, muck, dirty tissues, residue on the kitchen cupboard doors, dirty sinks, streaky mirrors etc. This was literally a bed for the night as we had the ferry to catch the following day. In any other scenario we’d have left immediately. We’d strongly advise against booking this place. The only saving grace, which is nothing to do with the accommodate was our visit to the nearby Beer and Burger place: Far Yeast.
