It’s a bit of a walk from Hakata station, but the amount of space you get is a great trade off . The place was pretty clean and safe and big for 4 adults and a child to stay comfortably . We only had an issue with the check in process . The system used wasn’t working properly. (No fault of our own, the lady apologized) . We travelled a lot in the past few days and expected to fully rest on Sunday but we couldn't stay in the apartment due to huge noise. Moreover, their cleaners are impolite. We were doing the final check around 10am incase stuff left in the room. The door was open without ring the doorbell and didn't apologize when finding we were still in the room. I understand the check out time is 10am but even 1-2 minutes is not allowed.....There is no place to keep luggages after checkout.
