The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms both have double beds and plenty of wardrobe space for clothes and belongings. The third bedroom contains two single beds, the villa comfortable sleeping 6 in bright and comfortable rooms. The fourth bedroom has been allocated as a work space with desk and chair if you need a place to work during your stay. There is also a sofa bed in this room.



There is wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons. There is an oven and stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The salon and dining area is filled with natural light with comfortable furnishings. There's even a fireplace for the colder times of the year.



Where the villa shines is in its exterior surroundings. It has large terrace and patio spaces all around the house with plenty of places to sit and relax in comfort and privacy. The private pool will ensure you stay cool in the summer and there are sun loungers for relaxing. The villa hosts a BBQ area and several sets of exterior furniture, for those al fresco moments or taking it easy with a cool drink during the warm summer evenings.



There is a garage with enough space for one small car and lots of street parking at the house. This house has stairs to climb due to its elevated site. Please be aware you will access the property via a number of stairwells.



If you would like to go further afield during your stay, the villa is only a 15 minute drive from Torreblanca Beach. The area also hosts a range of local bars and restaurants. Further along the coast you are only a 20 minute drive to the bustling Spanish port town of Fuengirola with its shops, bars and nightlife. Torreblanca train station is less than 5km away and will take you to Fuengirola or to the cultural gem that is Malaga city.
