This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as satellite TV. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony. The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open all year round) and a garden. The pool access is limited to a maximum of five people per property at any given time. Parking spaces are available in a garage for a fee and free parking is available on the street. It was so lovely to have access from the private terrace direct to the pool, it is a small complex of houses and very friendly and beautiful plants and green space. Supermarket with everything we needed just 5 mins walk, and really appreciated the trolley provided at the house for shopping. We found the best part of Fuengirola beach in front of the castle which handily is 2 mins walk from the house. Also a decent selection of bars and restaurants with terraces overlooking the sea right there in the same part of the beach. The house is ideally situated near the beach, restaurants & local shops - all within walking distance. The house is set within a secure complex with lovely garden surroundings with a large private shared pool for the residents use. The pool is large and has a shallow end, suitable for young ones to use. Whilst we stayed there was also a resident lifeguard too. Fuengirola is a wonderful place to visit, the locals are very welcoming & something for every age group from beach activities to vibrant nightlife. We hope to return again. The house is situated very close to the beach, and the swimming pool and complex grounds were clean and well presented. There are many restuarants within a few minutes walk, although the greater choice and variety presented by the centre of town were slightly further away, around a 20 minute walk. Well worth the effort though as we were surprised and pleased both with the quality and value of the meals we had in town. The area is well serviced by the local trains which make travel along the coast and transfer from the airport very easy. Again the train station is about a 20 minute walk. The house itself is well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and easily accommodates 6 grown up people. The local agent was friendly, helpful and efficient. Despite being late in the season we had fantastic weather and a great holiday. Our initial enquiry set the tone of our holiday - fast, efficient and professional communication by the property manager - Jane. Upon arrival we were met by Jane and shown all around the townhouse and all questions answered. The 3-level property was very clean, tidy and with a well stocked kitchen for cooking and outdoor items (chairs, towels, etc.) An added bonus would have been a few things in the refrigerator....maybe something to think about? There was AC in the lounge and in one of the bedrooms on the middle floor. All rooms had fans. My husband and I tried to sleep in the top floor with room but it was just too hot, so we moved to the lounge. Our daughters ended up sharing a the bedroom with AC for the same reason. I have heard the owners are thinking about putting AC in the bedrooms which would be a good idea. The location is superb if you don't want to rent a car. Loads of shops, restaurants and the beach are minutes away by foot. The pool onsite is maintained to a high standard while a life guard watches over everything. We are so happy to have found this place and the cherry on top is knowing that Jane is there to help! Det eneste som var for ringe i forhold til prisen var at strandhåndklæderne var for ringe og slidte - især i forhold til at man skulle betale ekstra for at leje dem.
