Perched on the 7th floor, the apartment offers stunning west-facing views over Fuengirola from a spacious, sun-drenched balcony. Bright, modern, and recently renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area with a comfy sofa bed, and a large Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun! The Space: The apartment also offers both heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort year-round. The bedroom is cozy and features brand-new, comfortable beds along with a spacious closet for your belongings. Step outside, and you’ll find everything at your fingertips—Fuengirola’s train and bus stations, the marina, supermarkets, shopping, cafés, bars, and restaurants, all just a few minutes' walk away. There is also communal parking available (upon availability). The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person. Pool towels are available for rent. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. My only disappointments (and its probably an age thing) are that the bed was very low to the floor, and in a small bedroom making it is impossible to walk around the bed without side steeping and rubbing the wall. Clothes storage was very limited - only two draws in the only bed side cabinet and a wardrobe already containing various bits and pieces. There was a five drawer open wire unit but it was full of clothes! The balcony was great though we would have liked lounge type seating rather than another dining table and chairs. ##### Chris F.
