It also has a dining nook and a TV with a flat screen, and access to the balcony. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms, each with a shower/WC and TV, and a balcony exit. Additionally, there is a room with two beds and one double bed, a shower/WC, and a TV, with access to the balcony. There is also another room with one bed, a shower/WC, and a TV. The upper level also features a kitchen/living room with the same amenities as the one on the main level, including an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a TV with a flat screen, as well as access to the balcony.
