The Cosy, comfortable house "Agave" is a detached property surrounded by trees and meadows, renovated in 2022. It offers a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities. You can relax amidst the tranquil countryside while enjoying modern amenities.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a fenced 1-hectare shared area with a seasonal swimming pool (50 m2, depth 100 - 130 cm, available from May 15 to October 30). Enjoy outdoor pursuits with an outdoor shower, barbecue house, and children's playground. The pool maintenance is handled by the owner/gardener.

The house features air conditioning and a washing machine. Parking is available on the premises for up to 2 cars.
