« Je n’ai pas été satisfaite de l’hôtel pas de confort, je suis resté 3 jours pas de nettoyage dans la chambre. La porte de la salle de bain était cassée donc je vous raconte pas l’inconfort que ça a provoqué surtout en allant aux wc. je n’ai pas apprécié le petit déjeuner c’était dans une toute petite salle au sous sol sans porte et donc sans chauffage du coup il faisait très froid. Le personnel était quand même agréable mais ça en plus. »

Whenever we had issues it was promptly addressed. الحمد لله We asked for quit room so we were given a room upstairs on the 2nd floor. Only minor concerns most likely due to 2nd lloor is that we only had Luke warm or bit hotter than lukewarm water even after we reported concern. This is minor issue especially since it’s warm out. Ac worked very well. There’s was some wedding music but that’s to be expected...

Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours. Il faut payer pour faire laver son linge. Bref! pas top. Il y à juste un des réceptioniste Mr cheveux dégarni la 60 aine qui est sympa, serviable "

"Très bon accueil du personnel à l’arrivée et tout au long de mon séjour : se rend disponible et apporte son aide sans problème. Chambre très propre, grand lit très confortable. Le petit dejeuner est tres copieux. Beaucoup de terrasses avec superbe vue sur une colline et l’immense plaine mésopotamienne et où il est agréable de se détendre et prendre le frais. L’hôtel, est situé dans un quartier calme de la vieille ville -très peu de circulation. L’ouverture prochaine du nouvel office de tourisme sera à quelques pas..."
