On Lake Dillon with Amazing Views Everywhere! Hot Tub, Grill, Private Deck!

The Towers At Lakepoint are the tallest buildings in Frisco. Reap the benefits by enjoying stunning views from this 3 bedroom/3 full baths 2 story condominium. Our 6th floor penthouse condo features a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a large single car garage, shared hot tub and large outdoor grill. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal (it even has a double oven) plus we are 1/2 mile from 3 grocery stores - Natural Grocers, Safeway, and Whole Foods. Our condo also features free high speed WiFi, 2 high definition TVs, plus a sound bar. The sound bar allows you to enjoy surround sound while watching TV/movies or stream your own music via bluetooth. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the second story, the second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin daybed plus a murphy bed with an XL twin size mattress.

If you haven't been to Frisco, it is amazingly cool. There are tons of fantastic restaurants and shops along beautiful Main Street, it has an adventure park offering tubing and a nordic ski area, plus it is just minutes away from incredible downhill skiing at Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek. Summer activities include spectacular hiking and biking and a plethora of water activities on Lake Dillon just steps away from the condo.

A free bus service gives you access to almost anywhere you might want to go in the area. As noted on their website: Summit Stage offers free public bus service throughout Summit County, providing service to ski areas, lodging, town centers, retail areas, medical centers, and some residential areas.

The condo is amazing! Close to everything. There is a Whole Foods, Safeway, coffee shop, etc. the condo is clean, couches are comfy, beds are super comfortable! The how water in the showers is great. Kitchen is stocked with anything you need. We would stay here again.

Communication great- I always have questions and owners were patient and prompt, and thorough. Location great- not next to the highway thank goodness and views cannot be undervalued- so beautiful as the light changes throughout the day over the lake and mountains. Take a short path toward the lake off the trail for even better pictures. Stores for necessities all within a short walk or faster drive for anything you need- including Natures Grocer (1 block?) for healthier options. Main St. Frisco only a tiny drive away- plenty of shops and good food and drink. Def use Open Table for a reservation. We enjoyed Vinnys, Bread and Salt, hot dog place….And best of all, this condo is basically top floor no one above you. So peaceful! Cleanliness was bar none. Not one dirty speck anywhere. Kitchen utensils delightful-high quality. Showers great and good amount of shampoo conditioner. Unscented laundry detergent hugely appreciated! Towels soft and sufficient. Appliances great.Covered parking one more spot sooo nice! Storage for skis too! Getting in and out of bldg and room was a bit complicated, but they provide a video which we did not watch like dummies. So if you pay attention, it’s easier. :) Be ready in the hallway at the doorway – can get breezy while you’re trying to figure it out. Hot tub was not used very much at all from what we could see. We wound up being too lazy to go down, but probably enjoyed our showers so much!Highly recommend!!

Amazing Condo!

My family stayed for 5 days between Christmas and New Years. The pictures of this place do not do it justice. A really nice condo with lots of space to spread out. The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Super easy check in and easy to find. Convenient location, nearby groceries stores and restaurants. And downtown Frisco is SO cute and fun to explore. Loved our visit and highly recommend this condo for a group of singles, couples, or a family. The view is amazing too! Thank you for everything John! We will be back next year!

Great place with close access to I 70 and Breck, two mins from grocery store (500’), great views of two fourteeners from the kitchen/living room and loft master bedroom (wake and view!), and quiet/clean/functional unit. I’d stay there again.

We had a great time at this location. The unit is clean and had everything we needed to cook and just relax after a day of adventure. Most importantly, the beds are very comfortable. View of the lake is beautiful. WiFi worked great. It’s conveniently located to Frisco, Breckinridge, and Copper. Restaurants and shopping are a walk (we walked) or couple minute drive away. Easy access to the highway got us to Copper’s slopes quickly.

Great Frisco Experience

We loved our few days up in the mountains! The rental was great, price, amenities, etc. The only issue we had was with locking the door but we were able to get in contact with the renter very quickly and he was able to help us instantly. What great hospitality! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in Frisco.

Perfect Condo

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this outstanding condo. Amazing views. Superb central heat during winter. Gas fireplace so easy, luxurious warm & quick to operate after a day on the slopes. Loved the kitchen w/ modern appliances, and 2 ovens. I was able to cook 2 items at one time! Great idea & time saver. Lots of pans and cooking utensils. I was able to cook breakfast & dinner each day efficiently. Nice entry way with built in bench to remove shoes/boots. Every bedroom had comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and it’s own private full bathroom. Each bedroom even had a charging station on each night stand, which was great for charging cell phones, laptops, iPads, GoPro etc. That was a nice touch. Oh & our family loved the Andes Mints too. Nice sweet treat at bedtime. Having a Garage was so nice with easy access for warmth during winter weather & snow plus great storage for skiing items etc. So many great things about this condo & location. Our family fell in love with downtown Frisco. Wonderful friendly locally owned shops & restaurants. Local artists craft items & bookstore shop a must visit. Frisco location was 15 minutes from any ski resort & great towns of Breck, Vail, Keystone etc. Although Copper Mountain was our favorite Ski resort (thanks John for recommending it) Scenic drives are beautiful around Frisco. And John the owner was friendly professional kind and provided plenty of details for a wonderful family trip to Frisco, CO. We highly recommend John’s condo. Weekend ski at Copper

Condo was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 persons with 3 rooms 3 baths. Views of the Rockies were spectacular from both levels. Condo was very clean with large kitchen and living room with plenty of space for our party of 6. Private garage was convenient. 3 minute drive to main street Frisco and 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain. Excellent overall!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Frisco property. The kitchen was well equipped, updated and very nice! The entire condo was immaculate. Kids liked the hot tub and the beach towels were a nice touch too. There were quite a few different codes and keys to get into garage, locker, condo etc but the instructions and directions were easy to follow. Great communication from owners - they seem very invested in making sure your stay is perfect. Overall a great place - would stay there again!

FABULOUS!

The location is ideal for skiing at Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone or A-Basin. The condo was impeccably clean and had the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! The private heated garage is fantastic. Grocery stores (including a Natural Grocers and Whole Foods) and restaurants are within walking distance. The view is even better than the pictures suggest. I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone heading to Summit County!

Our family (2 adults and 2 college students) had a great experience at this well kept condo which is close to everything but feels worlds away when you just need an escape. Layout was perfect and everything we needed and more was in the condo. My only concern is that this place gets booked when we want to return so wishing we could keep it a secret...you wont be disappointed if you book.

Great place to spend time with family!

Thank you for a great time with family! Your place is in a super location - close to highway exits but far enough where you know are in the mountains. The views do not disappoint! We spent one lazy morning (before hitting the slopes), drinking coffee, in front of the fire, watching the sunrise over Lake Dillon - beautiful! Watching the full moon rise over the mountains was also amazing! We had everything we could possibly need! The kitchen is well stocked - even a mixer! Beds are comfy. Lots of hot water. Great access to walking paths. Stores are close by and it was easy to rent ski equipment across the street. Easy access to owner if we needed, but all the directions made sense, so we didn’t need to bother him. And we had a lot of laughs playing old school (offline) Wheel of Fortune. A fabulous couple of days! Thank you!

Very spacious! Feels like home!

The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Made me want to cook! 2nd floor master is quiet and comfortable. Kids lived the bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Very detail oriented owners right down to the chocolate mints in every room! View was amazing! Perfect access to trail. Owners are above and beyond in communication. Excellent place to spend a week. The best view in Frisco

My family and I Just returned from a weeklong visit in this condo. The view is absolutely spectacular. There are three bedrooms with plenty of room for the adults and the kids to spread out. Having three bathrooms was a high plus for our teenagers. The place is very clean the kitchen is very nicely stocked. We would definitely recommend this condo for a family who likes to ski! John was first class in all of our dealings. Very prompt and very responsive.

Fantastic place!

This was a great place for my family to spend some quality time together over Christmas! The kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the common areas are homey and tastefully decorated. There are lots of things to do just minutes from the condo: some of us skied at the Frisco Nordic Center while others walked on the snow-packed trails around Lake Dillon. The views from the living room are so nice that it’s tempting to just appreciate them while relaxing on the comfy couches. The “What a View” condo turned out to be the perfect place for us to spend our holiday. We will definitely be back!

Just Amazing!

What a wonderful weekend my family had here. We were a party of 4 adults and two children. This place was just perfect for our getaway. The accommodations were quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was well supplied, and well organized. The decor is lovely. We kept ourselves busy in the condo with puzzles, the hot tub, very good WiFi, and the variety of movies and internet TV options. The location of the condo allowed us to quickly get to skiing, the movie theater, and to grab a quick bite in downtown Frisco. Also do an Escape Room adventure too! Convenient shopping nearby too, which was perfect since we forgot bathing suits and pajamas. The best part is the view --- it's easy to linger over a cup of coffee in the morning with the lake as your backdrop. It was an added bonus that we saw moose from the condo and on the nearby trails! We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the lake activities.

Perfect location!

This condo is perfectly situated just minutes from Copper Mountain ski resort and downtown Frisco. Wal Mart, Starbucks and various fast food restaurants are all within walking distance. The scenery out the windows is breathtaking! 6 adults had plenty of room to spread out! Master bed was super comfy! The owner was kind enough to give detailed instructions of how everything worked and thoughtful enough to have left sweet treats in the bedrooms! Every need was anticipated!
