Located above the hustle and bustle, it's in the perfect location for grabbing a quick coffee or breakfast before hitting the trails or slopes. Afterwards, dinner and drinks are just steps away. Enjoy all that Frisco has to offer from this modern mountain condo! The Space • Gas fireplace • Mountain views • Private balcony with gas grill • Living room with couch, two chairs and flatscreen smart TV • Dining table with seating for 4 • Kitchen island with additional bar seating for 4 • Full kitchen with all the necessities • Full bathroom • Dedicated workspace desk located in the loft • Maximum occupancy: 4 • Parking limit: 1 - One spot in the carport at the back of the building. SLEEPING AREAS: • Bedroom area with king bed (this bed is made up of two twin mattresses pushed together), dresser and electric fireplace, located on the main floor. \*Please note that the bedroom wall shared with the condo's hallway does not go all the way up to the ceiling (see photo in listing). • Loft area with queen bed, open to the living and kitchen area - a full flight of stairs is required to reach the loft area. There is a laundry room in the building with coin operated machines. We supply starter pack of quarters. LOCATION: • This condo is located in a building that is located on Main Street in downtown Frisco • Easily walkable to all shops and restaurants on Frisco's Main Street • Take your pick of any of the nearby 4 ski areas that area easily accessible from this location • In the summer, enjoy the Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon, walkable from the condo and located at the east end of Main Street. Featuring a beach(!), tiki bar and playground. Power boat, paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available here. • Nearby hiking trails include Peak 1 and Rainbow Lake, starting from the south side of Frisco. •\*This condo is located on the second floor of the building and requires a full flight of stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building. Right off Main St. Easy walk to The Butterhorn and 5th Ave Grille (two of our favorite restaurants). Very comfortable accommodations.
