The location was close enough to Main Street to walk and close to the trailhead for Rainbow lake. The rental was very clean and the check in/out process could not have been easier. The property manager checked in with me several times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions that we might have had. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Michael C. 22 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great mountain side condo Close enough to Main Street Frisco to walk, but far enough away to have peace and quiet and an amazing mountain view from the balcony. The condo is old, but kept in great shape, and was very affordable per night for a place that sleeps 4 comfortably. It was perfect for our group to stay while hiking the area. The Mountainside neighborhood clubhouse features some great amenities including an indoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, and a sauna. If you're hiking all day, it's so nice to go use these! Beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tons of towels and toiletries. Even two humidifiers! Fireplace was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room was a bit crowded with the round table and five chairs. Just needs a few upgrades to lighting (arriving after dark was tricky with no hallway lighting) and upgrades to bathrooms (toilets super low and faucets sprayed everywhere) and kitchen (fridge froze all of my veggies). But a really lovely place, just missing some of those nicer upgrades. ##### Hollie H. We loved the jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, and pool in the clubhouse. The condo was as described and pictured. Minor items like sharpening kitchen knives and updating the shower head in the master bath could be addressed to make it even better. I would book this property again. ##### Erin R. The extra space over the kitchen with the daybed as well as bunk bed room very helpful for us. Lots of space for the money. We enjoyed Frisco as location. Would need a car.
