The house was supplied with a lot of the small things that other property managers do not provide. Many spices were in the cabinet. Two rolls of paper towels were provided. Dish soap for the sink and the dishwasher was provided as well as two different types of coffee pots. There was also soap for doing a couple loads of laundry. All of these things are not big in of themselves. They save us time and some money but more give us the convenience of not having to waste those items. Wood was provided for. The fireplace as well as kindling and starter material. I think we use the fireplace twice, which was great for our family. Several different. Ski resorts and staying in Frisco was a great advantage and this house is super easy to get to from any of the stores that you might need during your stay. It was beautiful on the inside and outside. The aspen trees surrounding the property is what I dreamed of! Location was central to all the places we wanted to visit-Rocky Mountain National Park and Maroon Bells. There was plenty to do in Frisco as well. Loved that it was a bigger city, making it easier to shop for groceries for the week and grab things left behind at home by kids. Only disappointment was that there was no AC, however, the windows do open! I don't recall seeing that in description, so thought it was worth mentioning in the review.
