Frisco is a great choice for your Rocky Mountain getaway … and this condo is a great choice too! Only a block from the great shopping and dining in Downtown Frisco (as well as the free ski shuttle bus stop), it’s a great year-round choice!

This studio, 1-bathroom condo is an excellent getaway for couples! There’s a comfy queen bed and a large flat-screen TV for watching the game or your favorite shows. A large sliding glass door provides plenty of natural light and leads to a balcony with superb views of Mount Royal and the surrounding peaks. The full kitchen has white quartz countertops and everything you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

To top it all off, this unit has access to a shared hot tub and elevator! And you’ll know that everything is ready for your vacation because each of our properties is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure you have everything you need to make your vacation a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Very clean, great location
My wife and I stay for few days, it is near ski areas, good restaurant around. I recommend Bagalis restaurant if you like Italian. The property management was very kind. The unit does not have thermostat but there floor heater in room and bathroom that kept the room nice and warm.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice apartment with all the bath and kitchen essentials provided. The issue I did have is that there was no heater available and I messaged the host about this issue and there was no resolution. The warmest my room ever got was 64 degrees, There was a fireplace which I am not accustomed to using since I’m from Miami and a rental property is not the place for me to learn. There was a lot of outside noise from the wind blowing which interrupted my sleep as well. Overall it was a good rental spot only 20 min from Breck. However, there is room to make the experience better.

Great stay and location in the heart of Frisco, CO
My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Frisco, CO to see the hallmark town! It was an overall great location for stay. The downside was it was difficult to find parking as the neighbor next to us parked in 2 spots which ended up being ours. The property management ppl tried to help but it took 2 days for the guy to move his car. This was very frustrating and I think the property should emphasize to other guests to park in their own spot.

Perfect!
I was able to reach the property management and secure an early check in - 12:30 versus 4 pm. The Management of the property was very accessible. It was clean and in walking distance to everything. I love this property and will definitely be back!
