The upstairs neighbors were especially noisy. I had planned this stay to get some quiet time away to work do some beginning of the year planing. The upstairs neighbors were home and making noise almost the entire time I was there. If you know the noise won't bother you and you're not looking for a quiet space, or if you plan to go to bed late and wake up early, then I would definitely recommend this property. The location is conveniently located just minutes from I-70 and tucked away towards the back of Frisco, which was very quiet. I enjoyed the amenities and newly renovated space. The kitchen was fully furnished with pots and pans, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and there was a huge 65” TV to enjoy movies after hitting the slopes. I only had an issue with the noise from the neighbors upstairs with extremely heavy steps. Part of the issue is that the building itself is a bit older so the walls and ceilings are pretty thin. Despite this, the support staff were extremely responsive and tried to address my concerns quickly which helped. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great stay for a ski trip with my husband due to its fantastic central location to most of the epic pass hills. The condo itself is modern, provides a great kitchen and comfortable sleeping space, and the hot tub was relieving after 4 days of skiing. Summit rentals was also a great rental company to work with, as they checked in to see how our stay was going, and answered any questions we had within minutes. The condo location in Frisco was also excellent, as we were able to walk one block to Main st to go shopping and have dinner. Overall we felt very safe, comfortable, and at-home at this very clean space, and it provided many amenities including cooking utensils, board games, and extra towels for the hot tub. Only concern was that it could be quite loud in this space from the plows and people walking outside, as well as the loud upstairs neighbor and hallway guests (not great sound proofing however, we were able to sleep fine with ear plugs).
