### Marsh View Treehouse Retreat on Fripp Island

Escape to this tranquil treehouse retreat on beautiful Fripp Island, where relaxation comes naturally. Nestled among the trees with stunning marsh views, this cozy hideaway offers the perfect setting to unwind and recharge. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the beach, exploring the island by bike, swaying in the hammock as you take in the peaceful surroundings, or savoring a good book and a cup of coffee in the breezy lanai. Leave the chaos behind and embrace the serenity of island life.  
  
As your hosts, we're committed to making sure your stay on Fripp Island is enjoyable and hassle-free. Our home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for your stay, with amazing views of the saltwater marsh throughout. The house is only a 5 minute golf cart or bike ride to the beach and ocean. The use of a four seat golf cart is included with the rental.  
  
It is also near Hunting Island, Harbor Island, Lady’s Island, Historic downtown Beaufort, and Parris Island.  
  
Sleep restfully in one of the two bedrooms each with queen beds with pillow top mattresses, soft pillows and comforter, and sheets. One room has a dedicated work station. Both have smart tvs ready for you to enjoy all your favorite subscription services.  
  
The cozy bathroom has a newly tiled shower, fresh towels, hair dryer, and starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap).  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, full sized refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, and, Keurig coffee maker. A starter set of coffee pods will be available.  
  
All your basic dining necessities will be provided from plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, and wine glasses. There is also a set of dishware for children.  
  
This rental does NOT provide resort amenity cards, which are required to access on-island restaurants, tennis courts, golf, pools, and other resort amenities. Cards are NOT available for purchase.   
  
Fripp Island is a private barrier island with 3.5 miles of pristine beaches with 32 access points. Wildlife is abundant throughout.  
  
The house is located on a quiet treelined street with marsh on both sides. There is a crabbing dock at the end of the street that’s open from sunrise to dusk.  
  
From the front of the house on a clear day you can see all the way to the ocean and the bridge connecting St. Helena Island to Harbor Island. From the back you can clearly see to the marina.  
  
We truly believe our street is one of the prettiest on the island and we hope you do too.  
  
The living room has a smart tv, deep sitting couch, spindle chair, and coffee table. Please use the provided coasters.  
  
Downstairs you’ll find two bicycles and all the beach toys from chairs, blanket, umbrella, games, boogie boards, and more.  
  
The full size washer and dryer are also in the pedestal with a starter set of laundry pods for your convenience. Please watch your first step into the laundry room.  
  
The enclosed lanai with incredible views is perfect for your morning coffee, dining, sipping some wine, and to relax and listen to nature.  
  
Follow the short trail to the back of the house where you’ll find a bench at the edge of the marsh to read your favorite book. Go a little further and you’ll see the relaxing hammock to enjoy and relieve all your stresses.  
  
We encourage you to relax, make yourself at home, and enjoy your stay.

Points forts : Propreté

This is such an adorable house! The views were just amazing and the location was perfect. Everything was nice but the shower is small so if you’re a larger person, you may have issues. There is a pretty walk to a covered pavilion where you can fish and set crab traps. We took our dogs and loved taking them on walks. This is a small house but perfect for a few people. We will definitely be back
