The 45 m² flat consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a sofa bed) and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 persons with 2 adults and 2 children / one additional adult. The outside area has a private covered terrace with seating, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with delicious dishes from the grill while listening to the sounds of the nearby sea. There is also a communal garden area. From the top of the dike you have a wonderful view over the Meldorf bay to Büsum. During a relaxing walk along the water you can discover both the Wadden Sea and the extensive salt flats. The nearest supermarkets are 6 minutes by car (4.5 km) away, and restaurants and cafés can be found on the beach "Badestrand Friedrichskoog" after a 9-minute walk (700 m). The picturesque small town of Heide, where you will find many shops, cafés and restaurants along the charming streets, is 40 minutes (39 km) north of Friedrichskoog by car, and the nearest international airport in Hamburg is 110 km or 90 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (up to 2 dogs). Bed linen and towels are included. The tandem bed can be extended so that 2 persons can sleep in it. It is then suitable for children. If it is not pulled out, it is suitable for an adult. Please note that an additional tourist tax is payable. The amount varies depending on the season. Der neue Kurpark ist sehr schön. Pros: Die Ruhe war herrlich, alles fussläufig erreichbar (Bäcker, Restaurants) das Wetter gut auszuhalten, das sehr gute Restaurant gleich um die Ecke. Was will man mehr. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Cons: Die Schlafräume waren allerdings sehr klein. Das 2\. Schlafzimmer mit ausgezogener Schlafcouch (Liegebreite 140 cm) für mich ging platzmäßig dagegen garnicht. Das Ein- und Aussteigen ins Bett bzw. das Öffnen der Tür ist für mich als ältere Person sehr hinderlich gewesen. Mein Mann und Ich haben über Holidu gebucht. Von dort hätte ich mir gewünscht (so wie andere Anbieter), dass es zu dem Objekt eine Info gegeben hätte, die auf die Baumaßnahme am Deich (Deicherhöhung von 2024 - 2025/26) hingewiesen hätte. Wir hatten zwar keine Lärmbelästung feststellen können, aber ein Besuch des Strandes und des Trischendamms war nicht möglich. Pros: Das Haus ist mit allem (vor allem Küchenutensilien) sehr gut ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche an Alles gedacht. Wohnbereich sehr gemütlich. Matratzen (sonst immer ein leidiges Thema) waren für uns super. Pros: Das Haus war super eingerichtet und hat dazu eine Top Lage direkt hinter dem Deich. In Friedrichskoog-Spitze ist ein Gutes Angebot zur Kinderbeschäftigung. Der Erlebnisspfad war sehr informativ.
