### Charming Renovated Farmhouse: Tranquil Getaway near Forest with Modern Amenities

Welcome to this peaceful, spacious, fully restored cottage, located in the village of a village, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.  
  
The cottage is located on the edge of the Orléans forest between Bellegarde and Beaune-la-Rolande, in the Gâtinais. It offers many hiking and horse riding trails in the surrounding area.  
The cottage is located on a farm, 25 km from Montargis and Pithiviers, 50 km from Orléans and 110 km from Paris.  
Many activities are possible in the surrounding area: meet the animals of the Queudanes farm, the Javelière gardens, the Caillettes belvedere, the Bellegarde castle...  
  
The shops are 5 km away (Bellegarde) and 6 km away (Beaune-la-Rolande).  
Public games for children, bowling greens 100 m away. Single-storey cottage with a large living room of 40 m2 with open kitchen, dining area and lounge, sofa bed in the living room 140x190 cm for sleeping 2 people, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 cm (can be pushed together to make a double bed of 180x190 cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet. and separate toilet.
