THE SPACE Warm and inviting open concept 900 sq ft second story loft apartment w/ 2 king bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room w/ sleeper sofa and chair, 50in 4K Roku TV with YouTubeTV cable, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge w/ filtered water/ice, and washer & dryer. Enjoy the 144 sq ft covered balcony w/ country views and 48in high railings and gate. Great for 4 adults (2 couples) or a family up to 6 (if more children, please ask). Fully refreshed recently with all new finishes, furniture, appliances, and more. On the ground level enjoy a second covered patio. EXTRAS Game Room (coming soon): Below the apt is a large game room with a second full bathroom. Enjoy ping-pong, air hockey, and more! Request access a week or more before your arrival and we'll agree on an additional cost based on your expected use. RV and tractor trailer parking available inside a secure gate. We had the pleasure of staying at this property in January and we cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I booked the stay, the communication with our host (Joel and Heidi) was outstanding. They were responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They also answered questions before I booked. The property itself was stunning! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the space, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen equipment. The location was also perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood with lovely scenic views. But what truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of our hosts They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. His wife even gave us an extra blanket and Joel stopped by to welcome us and we had a lovely chat about the neighborhood amongst other things. They are such a lovely family. :) Their warmth and generosity made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience staying at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation.
