If you have small children or a small dog the fully fenced backyard (with grass!) would be a huge hit. I selected this house because it is close to my daughter and had enough room for them to come over to visit in the comfortable living room. A few things that might be a con for you: It is on a very busy street and road noise in two bedrooms might be a problem for a light sleeper. The host is very easy to communicate with and prompt at returning messages. I rented this property fo my myself and some classmates that are in the my nursing program. We had to do our clinical at Valley Children's hospital, which was about a 7min drive. We were hardly at thehouse, but while we were there, the home had everything we needed and more. This home is just what the photos show I was pleasantly surprised 😀. All the comforts of home and extras. Rosa had water snacks, coffee, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and shower to name a few.
