\- Reserve now to create memorable moments in this urban oasis!  
  
Stay in our home with a large covered alfresco front patio, huge backyard, brand new roof, and double-paned windows! The spacious Living Room features lovely built-in shelves, flat-screen TV, large sofa for your relaxation. The dining room has a large window seat, a dining table for 8, and a built-in china cabinet. The kitchen includes beautiful tile floors, tons of cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances.   
Also equipped with wifi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and parking for your convenience.  
There\`s a driveway where you can park. Free street parking in front of the house is also available.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed  
Bedroom 2: King bed  
Bedroom 3: King bed  
  
\- Pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable). Dogs over 30 pounds not allowed  
\-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.  
  
\-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.  
  
PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.  
  
Please note: Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it\`s all used up.  
  
\- Please do not receive mail here••We recommend getting a PO Box.  
\-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.  
\-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.  
  
We cannot accept animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regard to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.  
\-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.  
  
\-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.  
\-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.  
  
\-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.  
  
\-No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.   
  
\-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
