### Villa with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Detached two-bedroom garden apartment, completely refurbished in 2023 and air-conditioned, in a large, peaceful, little-occupied villa, offering a haven of peace for the whole family, in an unspoilt setting, with a beautiful sea view from the garden.  
  
All rooms open onto a large private terrace and garden planted with Mediterranean species.  
  
Shops are just 900 m away, on foot, and open all year round, as is the beach. No need for a car!  
  
The apartment  
  
All rooms open directly onto the large terrace, part of which is covered, that runs the length of the villa. The bedrooms are spacious, one of which is a master suite. Ideal for a family or two couples.

Travelers have full access to the garden level, including the terrace and garden.
