The property is a 1-room studio flat spanning 33 square meters on the 4th floor. It is suitable for accommodating up to 4 guests, with 2 adults and 2 children being the maximum capacity. The living and dining area combines a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and a television. This area leads out to a terrace. Additionally, there is an alcove equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, accommodating 2 individuals.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette comes well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and toilet. Other amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and Wi-Fi internet (at an additional cost). The property also offers a garage space numbered 89/90, suitable for one car, with dimensions of 180 cm in height and 215 cm in width. For your safety, a smoke alarm is installed on the premises.
