The bedroom, the large living-dining room and the separate kitchen open onto a large balcony (16m) located due west with a view of the canal. These independent rooms have large bay windows and are bathed in light all afternoon and evening. Air conditioning in all rooms. Very good equipment: dishwasher and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen: 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Living-dining room with sofa bed and flat screen TV. Balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers.
