Wir bewohnten die Ferienwohnung in Freilassing vom 03.08\. bis 17.08.2025 mit drei Personen. Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht in allen Punkten unseren Erwartungen – besonders angesichts des hohen Mietpreises von über 4000 für zwei Wochen.Das kleinste Schlafzimmer war ohne Klimaanlage, Lüften war nicht möglich, da das Fenster durch das davorstehende Bett blockiert wurde. Der laute Ventilator brachte keine Abhilfe.Die fest installierte Herdplatte war defekt. Als Ersatz diente eine mobile Doppelkochplatte – ungeeignet für drei Personen. Eine Woche später wurde zwar eine neue Herdplatte eingebaut, diese funktionierte jedoch ebenfalls nicht.Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Staub auf den Bettkopfenden und eine volle Spülmaschine bei Ankunft. Immerhin wurde der Staub nach Reklamation entfernt.Der Grill war stark verschmutzt, mit alten Kohleresten und dreckigem Rost. Die Reaktion des Vermieters: Die Kohle helfe beim Anzünden, den Rost solle man selbst reinigen – für uns inakzeptabel.Die Erdgeschosswohnung lag an einer Straße. Gardinen gab es keine, nur Milchglasfolie bis zur Hälfte der Fenster und Außenrollläden – man fühlte sich entweder beobachtet oder saß im Dunkeln.Unsere Bitte um eine teilweise Rückerstattung wurde trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage abgelehnt. Der Vermieter war zwar erreichbar, aber vieles blieb unbefriedigend. Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet.
